Bahr Gallery owner and curator Ted Bahr wrote a featured article that appeared in this Winter's issue of a quartly print publication, Vintage Poster. The 9-page article, entitled, "The Psychedelic Poster Art and Artists of the late 1960s," was a deep dive overview of the period and the art form.
The article features works by the Big Five, Wes Wislon, Victor Moscoso, Stanley Mouse, Alton Kelley and Rick Griffin, as well as pieces by Lee Conklin, Bonnie MacLean, Randy Tuten and David Singer. Vintage Poster Magazine is the official publication of the IVPDA - the International Vintage Poster Dealer Association, with about 60 members comprising virtually all of the reputable dealers in vintage poster art.
